摘要:

SummaryLate appearing asthma in two over 50 year-old patients is reported. After an isolated evolution of 3 and 10 years, asthma was complicated by necrotizing angiitis. After a review of the various aetiologies of late asthma, the nosological, aetiological and pathological aspects of the association of asthma with polyarteritis nodosa are discussed.
