摘要: This paper is a description of the detailed preparations which were made by the Governor for receiving and introducing staff members and prisoners at a newly opened prison (Blundeston). It underlines the importance of adequate communications at all stages and the care which was taken to facilitate discussions of staff and prisoner problems.
