The electro-encephalographic, radiologic and pathologic aspects are described elsewhere.The various forms of medical and surgical therapy are discussed in correlation with their indication, the natural history of the disease, and the results obtained.It is believed that for any particular case, an intelligent discussion should lead to the choice between complete abstention, radical removal and carotid ligature.
