In the Radioisotope Laboratory of the Boris Kidrič Institute a neiv cell for production of chlormerodrin (neohydrin, promerane) has been constructed. This radiopharmaceulical is produced at an activity level of 300—100 mCi per batch; the yield is 78—80%, and the specific activity 0.5—1.5 mCi/mg of chloromerodrin. Radiochemical purity is: organic mercury >99%; inorganic mercury <1%.
