摘要:
Antiphospholipid antibodies (APA) are a group of autoantibodies, including lupus anticoagulant (LA) and anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA), able to interfere with the coagulation system1. The presence of these autoantibodies has been related to the occurrence of arteriovenous thromboses, thrombocytopenia and fetal losses also in patients without diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematous (SLE)2. In order to reduce the pregnancy complications in patients with APA several prophylactic approaches have been proposed as successful treatment3,4. The majority of these prophylactic approaches had utilized intermediate- high dose prednisone and/or aspirin.
