摘要:

Epidemiologic and experimental data strongly implicate high dietary fat as a major factor in the etiology of breast cancer, particularly after menopause. Evidence of interactions between fat intake and hormone status is reviewed. Although the association is not open-and-shut, there is a good case for reduction of dietary fat to 30% of total calories.
