This paper deals with the design implementation of adaptive identification schemes using a model-reference approach. An on-line, general-purpose simulation program is developed to operate in an interactive mode. The simulation program provides the user with multiple design options and aids in the assessment of the adaptive identification process. An illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the potential features of the program.
