摘要:

Permeation of gases such as helium and oxygen through the interface of aluminum evaporated polyvinylidene fluoride films was found to change with the strength of an applied direct current electric field. This method promises, to a small extent, a better separation factor than that predicted based on the Knudsen diffusion. The surface morphology was investigated to understand the nature of aperture involved in the diffusion. ©1995 American Institute of Physics.
