Explicit forms of estimators of the ratio of scale parameters are obtained based on Ansari-Bradley, modified Ansari-Bradley, Siegel-Tukey, and modified Sukhatme tests. In the case where the Ansari-Bradley test is used, the limiting distribution of the estimator is obtained, assuming ν, η known or unknown. Numerical examples and a graphical method for obtaining the estimates are also given.
