摘要:

AbstractCountings of fat globules in milk carried out by various authors show a remarkable regularity of spatial arrangement. This is ascribed to repulsive forces between the globules, reaching up to 50μ. The conception is supported by experiments showing that the degree of order is lessened by dilution
