摘要:
This note presents a nonclassical nonlinear rheological behavior experimentally observed with TiO2aggregated suspensions above some volume fraction. It is characterized by a sinusoidal response to oscillatory shear flow withG’≫G‘but differs from purely elastic response because it is history‐dependent andG’increases with increasing imposed shear stress below an apparent yield stress. This work‐hardening behavior is discussed in terms of the structure of the aggregates present in the suspension.
