AbstractAn avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) immunoperoxidase technique for the demonstration ofLegionella Pneumophila, Serogroup1 was grown on charcoal yeast extract (CYE) media, harvested, smeared on glass slides, air dried and heat fixed. The smears were then stained with the ABC technique and contained large numbers of well stained organisms.
