LetGbe a uniprimitive permutation group which has an orbital of length 4. In this paper we determine all such groups when eitherGis solvable or the transitive subconstituent of degree 4 is isomorphic toS4and nonfaithful.Together with the results of W. Quirin and C. Sims, our results complete the classification of all uniprimitive groups with an orbital of length 4.
