摘要:

&NA;The author reports a case of intracerebral and subdural hematomas of acute onset secondary to rupture of an aneurysm. The patient was in a state of advanced decerebration and was breathing spontaneously although irregularly. There was a gratifying response to prompt neurosurgical intervention.
