摘要:

A serotonin-selective membrane electrode was constructed for the first time by using sodium 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonate as an ion-exchanger and tris(2-ethylhexyl) phosphate as a membrane solvent, respectively, and was applied for the detection of thrombin-induced serotonin release from rabbit platelets. This method made it possible to monitor continuously the endogeneous serotonin secretion process from plateletsin situ
