摘要:
Studies in rhesus monkeys suggest that female sexual receptivity depends on hormonal feedback effects on brain mechanisms, the result of which is enhanced invitational behavior. Production of pheromones by bacteria present in vaginal secretions is also hormone-dependent. This symbiosis between a mammalian and a bacterial system occurs in other subhuman primates and possibly in the human female as well.
