摘要:

Perfusion of mouse liver with FV3 led to a considerable inhibition of the in vitro RNA synthesis in suspended slices, as well as to drastic nuclear alterations of the hepatocytes. The toxicity of FV3 was related to structural proteins since the same effect could be reproduced by perfusion of the liver with soluble viral extract.
