AbstractThe state concerns itself with improving working conditions, safety, and labour production and with the scientific organization fo work and with reducing and ultimately eliminating arduous physical labour through comprehensive mechanization and automation of production in all branches of the economy — Article 21 of the Constitution of the USSR.
