摘要:
Rather than await arrival of“ideal”drugs, physicians might well make greater use of the one agent thus far available: amantadine, which has been shown to be effective prophylactically and to a lesser degree therapeutically. More experience with amantadine might speed the development of better drugs; moreover, influenza may prove to be controllable only through a combination of specific immunization and specific chemotherapy.
