摘要:
Many significant details have emerged from studies of the membranes involved in neural transmission. It has been found that acetylcholine—and perhaps other neurohumors—is bound in tiny membranous vesicles concentrated at the terminals of nerve cells. These vesicles release their contents in discrete quanta by a mechanism that appears to be akin to the emptying of intracellular vacuoles.
