摘要:

As a result of our broadened understanding of the pathophysiology of thrombosis, new and specific classes of antithrombotic drugs are being developed and evaluated. The new therapeutic strategies are predicated on the development of more specific inhibitors. Combined use of agents with different biochemical mechanisms offers a promising approach.
