摘要:

An estimated 100,000 “crack babies” are born each year in the United States.1Because in addition to a variety of other congenital anomalies, neonatal cardiac defects have recently been linked to maternal cocaine use, the critical care nurse needs to conduct a detailed cardiac status assessment on all cocaine-exposed infants.
