SummaryThe authors report five cases of idiopathic acquired haemolytic anaemia with abnormal auto-antibodies, one of these cases suggesting the diagnosis of Lederer’s anaemia.The best management is discussed and seems to be the suitable use of hormones (A.C.T.H. and cortisone) associated with splenectomy.
