摘要:

A 6-year-old boy suffering from hemophilia A sustained a spontaneous posterior dislocation of the hip due to repeated intra-articular hemorrhages. This is a rare complication of hemophilia, previously unreported in the orthopaedic literature. Despite prompt reduction, the hip became ankylosed.
