摘要:

&NA;Thirty adenomas of the large bowel, removed from 15 females and 15 males, were examined for the presence of estrogen receptor protein. The finding of positive binding capacity in two of the 30 adenomas supports the hypothesis that hormonal dependency does not play a major role in the development and growth of colorectal adenomas.
