摘要:
The electrical resistivity of alkali metal TCNQ salts has been measured before and after gamma irradiation with different doses and are discussed. It was found that both the electrical resistivity and the activation energy before and after gamma irradiation depends on the cationic radius. The rate of increase of resistivity for the investigated salts are found to be linearly increased with the increase of cationic radius of the alkali metal.
