Summary:The “all-inside” meniscus repair is an entirely intraarticular method of suturing a meniscus under arthroscopic control. This method places sutures across the tear and ties intraarticular knots through an operative cannula, resulting in a vertically oriented suture repair that apposes the meniscus only and excludes the joint capsule.
