摘要:

SummaryWith the use of two new methods, the measurement of the assimilation rate of glucose and a quantitative determination of the insulin effect, it is shown in the normal human that the ingestion of glucose is followed by insulin secretion. This increased secretion is shown by an increased glucose uptake by the tissues and, in some cases, by an increase of the insulin blood level.
