摘要:
SummaryOnly the dye test or indirect immunofluorescent reaction are usefulness for clinical diagnosis of toxoplasmosis. They cannot be substitued by any other test. Among the methods described in this paper, each one could be practice in association with the immunofluorescent reaction. One will choice preferably either complement fixing, passive haemagglutination—by precising the types of antigens and the method used—or direct agglutination of toxoplasma. Direct agglutination, like the other methods, can only be considered as a supplementary reaction. It never can be used alone as a rapid detection test. One will always perform first the immunofluorescent reaction or the dye test and, afterwards, the direct agglutination test, if desired.
