Thirty-six patients with advanced/recurrent epithelial ovarian carcinoma were treated with a combination of hexamethylmelamine, cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, and cis5 cm) disease prior to initiation of chemotherapy and remained disease-free at 22 and 50 months.
