AbstractThe author presents a school program for brief treatment that combines rational-emotive therapy (RET) with mutual storytelling and nondirective play therapy to help children of varied ages and levels of disturbance. RET enables clients to uncover irrational beliefs affecting their behavior and teaches them various self-help techniques.
