摘要:
A method providing enzymatic hydrolysis of15N labelled yeast protein is described. The advantages of the utilization of15N labelled protein hydrolysate for the determination of whole-body protein metabolism parameters of prematurely born subjects and of patients suffering front indigestion are stressed as compared with the utilization of [15N]glycine, [15N]amino-acid mixtures and [15N]yeast protein.
