摘要:

The production procedure of99mTc generator on the basis of the fission product99Mo is developed. The generator columm contains chromatographic alumina on which, under the given set of conditions,99Mo is adsorbed. The99mTc, formed at the radioactive decay of the99Mo, is eluted with the sterile and pyrogen-free saline solution which is passed through the column due to the vacuum in the collecting vial. The procedure enables the production of generators of the activities ranging from 3.7 to 11.1 G Bq. Almost all99mTc activity can be obtained in 10 ml of eluence. Technctium in the form of radionuclidic, radiochemical and chemical pure99mTc pertechnetate is obtained in sterile and pyrogen-free solution. The eluate does not contain oxidizing agents and is suitable for a direct administration.
