摘要:
It is now well established that virtually all of the tremendous diversity encoded in the immune system can be accounted for in genetic terms. After nearly two decades of inquiry, we seem to be very close to forming a complete picture of the structure of immunoglobulin genes and of the events controlled by these genes as they relate to the structure and function of antibody molecules.
