Neither the author nor anyone else today can relate categorically the events one with another, which have occurred in this patient to constitute a bizarre clinical picture extending over many years. It is highly probable, however, that the author's implied speculations will be borne out some day upon the integration of accumulating bits of knowledge. It is this type of case report that has such great value in provoking thought.
