摘要:

A simple and rapid method to prepare high specific activity131I labelled macroaggregates of human serum albumin suitable for lung scanning is described. Sterile, pyrogen-free human serum albumin is labelled with131I using chloramine-T and the aggregation is carried out by direct heating of the reaction mixture under controlled conditions. The method assures sterility, apyrogenicity, and high reproducibility of radiochemical yield and partical size.
