CASE PRESENTATIONA patient comes to you at 10 weeks' gestation. She is 34‐years‐old, gravida 2, para 1‐0‐0‐1. Her child is 1‐year‐old. She has had a good breastfeeding experience, enjoys being a mother, and is still nursing. The present pregnancy was unplanned. Her first birth was by cesarean section after a long and difficult labor. She is not sure it was necessary and feels very sad when she thinks about it.
