Experimental tests for second class axial‐vector currents in strangeness conserving semileptonic weak interaction are briefly reviewed. The ft‐asymmetry comparisons of Wilkinson and two correlation studies now in progress by Princeton groups are discussed. The question of the existence of second class currents is considered to be experimentally unresolved at present.
