CDF and DØ are caught between the idealistic projections from the mid‐1990’s based on the Run I results and their TDR’s on one side, and realistic extrapolations from the recent Run II measurements on the other. In this paper, we report only on the latter, and describe recent progress in other areas. © 2004 American Institute of Physics
