摘要:
Obviously, all patients brought to a critical care unit face the same immediate problem: survival. The chance of survival is greatly enhanced by a systematic approach that applies a certain set of priorities—ventilation, restoration of volume, pumping competence—for dealing with the most urgent threats to life, whatever their origin. Trial and error have no place in the critical care unit.
