摘要:
Living unrelated kidney transplants afford superior 3-year graft survival rates compared with cadaveric transplants. Spiral computed tomography has the potential to replace conventional arteriography in the anatomic assessment of living kidney donors. Endourologic techniques are important adjuncts in the management of urologic complications following kidney transplantation. Laparoscopic lymphocelectomy is rapidly becoming the treatment of choice in the definitive management of symptomatic lymphoceles. The results of pancreatic transplantation are improving, with overall 1 -year actuarial patient and pancreas allograft survival of 91 and 74%, respectively. Ultrasound-guided, cystoscopically directed pancreas allograft biopsy is an important technique in diagnosing rejection.
