摘要: For wear measurements using thin layer activation information is necessary about the nuclide depth distribution in the activated materials. The nuclide concentration profiles as a result of iron activation by alphaparticles, deuterons, and protons have been determined at the Rossendorf cyclotron using iron foil stack.
