摘要:
The incidence of full-blown uremic syndrome is decreasing because most patients in renal failure are started on dialysis before the uremia becomes symptomatic. Research in the pathophysiology of uremia has yielded insights that are important in the management of chronic renal failure in all its manifestations, from the earliest stages of diminished renal reserve and renal insufficiency.
