摘要:

A method is described for the measurement of electron density in a plasma using cavity perturbations in a single cavity, inexpensive commercial laser. The method is based on auto‐interference of the sensing laser light at a given delay. A lower limit of 1013electrons/cm3sec in the measurement of the rate of change in plasma density is expected in a practical system.
