摘要:

Ablation of brain portions containing hypothalamic regions of two different extensions did not interfere with total radiothyroidectomy, but it did prevent the sequela of giantism by radiothyroidectomy. These results suggest the presence of a hypothalamic centre stimulating prolactin secretion.
