摘要:

We report herein a patient with iridoschisis and keratoconus. Since the posterior layers of the cornea and the iris stroma have a common embryological deviation, the combination of these two conditions suggests an interrelated pathogenesis. This case is similar to those of patients with progressive essential iris atrophy and keratoconus described by Cavanagh.
