AbstractThe Office of Technology Assessment (OTA) held hearings in June 1976 on the status of TA activities in the public and private sectors, chaired by Congressman George E. Brown, Jr of California. The purpose was to develop a better understanding of how the processes of TA have affected decisionmaking.
