摘要:

After 200 years in which digitalis has been the key drug in the pharmacotherapy of cardiac failure, there is now beginning to emerge a body of evidence suggesting which patients will respond—both symptomatically and in ventricular function—to the cardiac glycoside. A patient with low cardiac output and lack of cardiac reserve should benefit most.
