AbstractThe changes that have taken place in traditional adolescent behaviour patterns pose special problems for the teenage girl faced with today's more relaxed attitudes toward premarital sexual relations and their consequences. A WHO meeting held in Geneva in June 1974 looked into some of these problems and ways in which existing health and education services can be modified to provide greater help for the pregnant teenage girl. This article is based on the report of the meeting.
