ATOMIC-ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY DISCUSSION GROUP PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT OF 1-DAY MEETING THE Group is proposing to hold a 1-day Meeting on Wednesday 14th April 1965 in Sheffield for the demonstration of commercially produced atomic-absorption equipment. There are two alternative plans for the Meeting in one the equipment would be set up during the morning and demonstrated during the afternoon and a discussion Meeting initiated by short talks by representatives of the various manufacturers would be held in the evening.In the other demonstrations would be held during the morning and afternoon and a discussion meeting would end the afternoon. Manufacturers of atomic-absorption equipment who have equipment that they would like to demonstrate and who have not already been in contact with the organisers of this meeting should write to D.
